Privacy Policy

RightFIT is commited to protecting and respecting your privacy in accordance with Articles 13, 14 and 26 of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR). This Policy describes what personal information we collect from you and how we process it. This Policy governs the collection, storage, processing and transfer of Personal Data, the purpose of collection and transmission to third parties.

  1. The purpose of processing personal data is to recruit and select candidates. Your data is obtained by uploading your CV on the RightFIT Website by sending it by e-mail, by submitting it directly to our headquarters or by personally handing it in in other situations (networking events, job fairs, etc.) or via external sites and social networks.
  2. Your data will only be processed in the case of a voluntary claim or by replying to an ad and solely for the purpose of recruiting and selecting candidates for placement as a worker (employee, collaborator, intern or consultant) to our clients, companies that will be termed third parties through this document, or for placement within RightFIT.
  3. We will collect all the information you provide to us when you contact us, such as your first name, last name, date of birth, address, e-mail address, telephone number, educational qualifications, work experience, language skills and any other information you decide to include in your resume, provide via email, interview, or other means of contact.
  4. Your data will be processed only with your consent and RightFIT assumes their deletion when you decide that you no longer want your data to be available to RightFIT and you communicate this to RightFIT.
  5. The storage period shall be 24 months from the date of receipt, except in the case referred to in paragraph 4. Upon expiry of the period, it shall be destroyed.
  6. Data processing is based on the principles of fairness, transparency and legitimacy. These will be processed manually or by automated methods. Their transmission will take place through appropriate technical methods and only to authorized third parties.
  7. As mentioned in paragraph 6, your data will only be processed by third-party employees authorized to do so for the sole purpose of recruiting and selecting. Personal data will not be disclosed.
  8. According to GDPR Articles 15-22, you have the right to request access to your data and to request modification or deletion, requesting the adjustment of inaccurate data, adding incomplete data, and requesting data transfer restrictions. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time
